During the firm's tenure, among other community service participation, Mr. Hanrahan or his father, have served the community as a Village Trustee, Police commissioner, President and Board Member of the Pelham Family Service, and President and Board Member of the Rotary Club of the Pelhams. He has also acted as a member of Westchester County's Arbitration panel, ruling in matters presented to him as Arbitrator. In addition, Mr. Hanrahan has represented clients on numerous occasions before municipal boards such as Zoning Board of Appeals and land use board applications. Mr. Hanrahan has also defended clients charged with misdemeanors, violations, and traffic infractions in Town and Justice Courts of the County.
In joining Bashian & Farber, LLP Mr. Hanrahan brings more than forty (40) years experience in a general practice of law. He has extensive experience in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, real estate financing, landlord/tenant matters, Estate Planning, Estate and Probate Administration, Estate Litigation, Wills, Trusts, Accountings, Elder Law and Guardianship matters. His experience also extends to drafting Estate and business related documents, including corporate formation and management matters, for high net worth individuals.
