Bashian P.C. believes that its talents and skills should also be donated to the community. It is for that reason that its partner, Irving O. Farber, has been a volunteer fireman in Mt. Kisco, N.Y. for years and why he is currently involved in the Fire Department’s 9/11 Memorial maintenance (having also been a member of the crew which built the memorial).
Having many years of experience providing counsel to business clients, both large corporations and small family owned companies, our firm has orchestrated business transfers and provided assistance to business entities pertaining to corporate governance. Accordingly, when asked to offer his advice and assistance to the Mt. Kisco Fire Department in the revision of the organization’s By-Laws, Mr. Farber eagerly agreed to participate in the By-Law Committee and has taken a lead role in coordinating the efforts of the Committee.
